Polycarbonate (PC) is one of the important engineering plastics that are transparent, resistant to corrosion, self-extinguishing when ignited, low moisture absorption and very good mechanical properties. Polycarbonate has superior UV resistance. It is suitable for both injection molding and extrusion. Polycarbonate is resistant to temperatures up to 140 ° C. Its tensile strength is 668 kg / cm². in addition, it is resistant to grease, machine oil, detergent and acids. It has no electrical conductivity. For this reason, it is a good insulation material and is not affected by moisture. All colors can be given, although it is transparent.

Scope of application : Due to its light, durable and transparent nature, it is used in the automotive industry, including signal lamps, street and traffic light covers, window glass,electronic and telecommunication parts, office and work machine bodies, food packaging, household appliances and sets, billboards, construction and decoration.
